Canada's Forum on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement
April 28-30, 2009 (Toronto, ON)
With the increasing national and international focus on patient safety, the need for a broad forum for learning has been identifi ed. Canada's Forum on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement would provide multiple learning streams with a national and international fl avour. The program for the forum will provide opportunity for a variety of professionals to participate, including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, health care providers, educators, leaders, researchers and board members.

ABOUT THE PRESIDENT 
Sally Clelford
Sally Clelford has 15 years experience in organizing small, medium and large scale events. She has both led and collaborated on over 500 events.
Her experience includes such responsibilities as Event Manager for the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF), and Program Officer and Event Coordination for Health Canada.
Sally also has an extensive background in tourism, having worked in several countries, involved in the design and implementation of specialty tours as well as the management of the tours once implemented.
