Poster

Presenting a poster offers participants the opportunity to present their work and/or findings, discuss specific elements of their initiatives and answer questions through one-on-one interactive discussion with Summit participants. Posters will be presented during dedicated timeframes.

Exhibit

Summit attendees can showcase their work in a tabletop exhibit format. The exhibit is particularly conducive to the sharing of strategies, great ideas, resources and tools in an informal manner, while allowing for interaction with colleagues. The exhibits will be viewed during dedicated timeframes. Exhibitors are invited to bring sample resources, handouts or other visual elements to maximize the sharing of knowledge and experience.

Concurrent Session - Oral

Oral presentations provide individual presenters with the opportunity to share knowledge and experience stemming from research, projects or initiatives. They will be thematically grouped, when possible, into 4 presentations per session, and will include a question period. Presentations must report on work that is either in-progress or completed.

Concurrent Session - Individual/Team

This type of session is intended to provide a presenter or a team/group with the means of describing a project or initiative. These sessions are meant to enhance knowledge, encourage inquiry and allow for an exchange of experiences and perspectives. Useful topics to address in a session would be: background/purpose; report on the experience; what went wrong and why; what went well and why; what lessons were learned from the experience. If applicable, this session format may also incorporate the demonstration and application of techniques and skills.
